For flight reservations and gorilla permits, we require: full legal names matching passports, nationality, passport numbers, and expiration dates.

Please disclose any special requirements including medical conditions, dietary restrictions, mobility concerns, or other needs during booking to ensure proper arrangements.

Our prices include: luxury accommodations, specified meals, all scheduled activities, national park fees, private ground transportation, airport transfers, and complimentary bottled water throughout your journey.

Not included: International airfare, visa fees, premium alcoholic beverages, gratuities, personal shopping, laundry services, travel insurance, and other personal expenditures.

Prices are guaranteed upon written confirmation. Before confirmation, rates may adjust due to currency fluctuations, fuel surcharges, or government tax changes.

Wildlife encounters are nature's gift - while our expert guides maximize sighting opportunities, animal behavior remains unpredictable. Guest safety and conservation guidelines must be followed at all times.

A gorilla/chimpanzee permit guarantees an unforgettable tracking experience with our expert guides, though specific animal visibility depends on natural factors and troop movements.

We reserve the right to substitute accommodations with properties of equal or superior quality when necessary, ensuring your experience meets our high standards.

A 30% deposit secures your reservation. Gorilla permits and certain special activities require full prepayment due to limited availability and high demand.

Final payment is due 42 days prior to departure. Bookings made within 42 days require immediate full payment to confirm all arrangements.

We accept: Bank transfers (preferred), VISA/Mastercard (5% processing fee applies), or cash payments at our offices. Traveler's cheques are not accepted.

All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing. The cancellation date is based on when we receive your written notification during business hours.

Cancellation fees apply as follows:

Gorilla permits, special activity reservations, and air tickets are 100% non-refundable once purchased, as these are secured with third-party providers.

Your satisfaction is our priority. We welcome both compliments and constructive feedback to continually enhance our safari experiences.

Please report any concerns immediately to your safari guide or our local representative for prompt resolution. Unresolved issues should be submitted in writing within 30 days of tour completion.

While we carefully select our partners, Superlative Africa Safaris acts as an agent for transportation carriers, hotels, and other service providers and cannot be held liable for their actions or omissions.

We are not responsible for loss, damage, or injury resulting from acts of nature, civil unrest, accidents, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

Comprehensive travel insurance covering medical emergencies, evacuation, trip cancellation, and personal belongings is mandatory for all safari participants.
